These terms cover the CardRolo app and this website. By using CardRolo you agree to them.
Using CardRolo
You may use CardRolo to scan, keep and manage business cards and contacts for your own personal or business use. Please don't misuse it, for example by trying to break it, copy it for resale, or use it to collect information in ways the law doesn't allow.
Your content
The cards, contacts and notes you add are yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for having the right to keep and use them, and for keeping your own backups or exports.
CardRolo Pro and purchases
Some features need CardRolo Pro, bought in the app through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown before you buy. Payment, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules; if Pro is a subscription, you can cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Use Restore purchases in the app to unlock Pro on a new phone with the same store account.
When you get CardRolo from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Card reading is automatic, so check it
CardRolo reads cards automatically and flags details it is unsure of. Reading isn't perfect, so please check details before you rely on them.
No warranty
CardRolo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We work to keep it reliable but can't promise it will be error-free or always available.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, CardRolo and its makers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for CardRolo in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will say so in the app.
